COACHING OF STAFF & VOLUNTEERS
Upskill your staff and volunteers, or support them with ongoing mentoring and expert guidance from a professional fundraiser.
Sometimes you already have staff or volunteers who are willing to fundraise for you. Why then would you want to bring in a professional to do everything?
COACHING AND MENTORING
Low-cost solutions for professional standards
VIRTUAL FUNDRAISING DIRECTORS
Your ideal minimum set-up is a two-person fundraising team - one senior and one junior. Many charities have volunteers or staff members who are able to do the day-to-day funding approaches but lack someone to be able to advise and lead on the higher-level issues. But how do you afford a fundraising director when finances are tight?
Easy. We'll provide the director and you can happily provide your staff of volunteers with one-to-one meetings and be on-hand to answer any immediate or pressing questions. Once set up, you might only need two to four hours' support a month, ensuring first-class fundraising at a fraction of the normal cost.
TRAINING FOR NEW OR INEXPERIENCED FUNDRAISERS
Everyone can fundraise to some degree, but how do you know that you are doing it correctly?
We train and coach volunteers and fundraising staff at various levels. Whether it is newbies being shown the factors that motivate people and organisations to give - this never fails to surprise and interest - through to staff wishing specific expertise in certain areas, such as corporate fundraising, we will tailor support to your needs.
WANT TO VOLUNTEER AS A FUNDRAISER?
Vantage Fundraising often receives enquiries from charities looking to build their incomes but having limited budgets. As a result, we are testing the idea of recruiting, training and placing volunteers in such charities. These roles will be flexible, such as part or full-time, home or office-based, depending on preferences.
If you are someone, perhaps newly retired, and would like to help a charity near you raise money, then drop us a line. While we will provide training, you will need to have excellent writing and presentation skills, be degree-educated or the equivalent, and ideally have a professional background.
